I have found myself with an excess of amazon gift cards, but want to know if I should buy beer brewing equipment, or a PS4. Part of this decision is how good GT6 is.
Is GT6 worth it?

GT6 is fantastic, in my opinion. Not perfect, but very good. I would get GT6 and not a PS4. Which is what I did.

What do you currently use for a blu-ray, streaming services, etc. If you need a new multi-media center then go PS4, otherwise I'd get more brewing equipment. Because one can never have too much brew equipment

Yes. GT6.

GT6 is definitely the best of your options. Goodwood is good fun.

Yup, since GT6 is a PS3 title, you should get it and then get a new carboy for the beer. And a kegerator. You'll be money ahead that way.

Nope

It's everything GT5 should've been, but it's still not perfect . It won't take as long to complete as GT5 (sadly), but it's addictive and the variety of cars is much better.
BTW, GT6 is a PS 3 game, so unless it's the game and beer equipment vs a PS4, I'd say do both, if you already have a PS3. Get GT6 & beer, complete GT6 & beer, then buy a PS4 (which won't play PS3 games).

GT6 is for the PS3. Still worth it.

GT6 is fantastic. Let the good folks at the Yazoo brewery handle the beer for you.

While others have already mentioned it, I'd just like to add that this is the bazillionth time that I've had to reply that GT6 is not a PS4 game.
GT6 is okay. If you're a GT diehard, it's better than GT5 in most regards, and it's a must-have. If you're not partial to any particular driving game, than you could pass on GT6, especially if you were expecting it to be on a "next-gen" console. It does run in 1440x1080 @ 60FPS, so the last-gen point isn't a big deal.

Careful dude. I started out with a $100 brewing kit, and as I brewed, I realized that I needed all these little doodads and gizmos to make better beer and/or streamline the process. Now I basically have a big ol' expensive brewery that takes up an entire apartment. If you're like me and can't just deal with knowing you could be doing it better or more efficiently, brewing will cost you a bunch of money.

Have they fixed the understeer-y everything issues from GT5? How's the audio now? Hoppers for matchmaking? Any new car mods? GT6 is the first thing I'll get soon as I have disposable income

I don't remember GT5 being understeer-y (using a Logitech DF GT). If you want tremendous oversteer though, try some of the MR-layout cars like the Audi R8 LMS ultra and Lancia Stratos. Mid-engined handling varies. The McLaren F1 GTR is a sweetheart, as is the '90 NSX, but select others like the aforementioned are pigs (the Lancia's rally-aimed suspension and tiny wheelbase don't help, of course). If you're coming straight from GT5 to GT6, the handling will take some getting used to in general, but it just takes a few licence tests and races to get your head around it. You have to shift from Reverse to 1st now, though, which I keep forgetting...
Exhaust noise is still frustratingly poor. There are a handful of the ~125 new cars that sound right (GT40 Mk.1 is one), but otherwise it's the usual fare.
Some cars can have flat floors fitted, while wheels can now be 1 or sometimes 2 inches bigger and there is a much bigger, less car-specific choice. There are more body kits and stuff, but there's no Race Car Modifications. The RM cars from GT5 are now just separate models in the huge all-in-one Dealership (no used cars!).

Well, I already have brewing equipment, but I could make the jump to a 3 vessel all-grain system over Brew in a Bag that I currently do. I already have 4 primaries and 5 secondaries and kegging, so a 3 vessel is the next step.

I didnt even realize it was a PS3 title. And I currently dont really have the room for a three vessel brewing system (already hav4 primaries and 5 secondaries and a kegging system) i could make it work if i realllyyy wanted to.
I also have a few friends pushing me to get a PS4.

Unfortunately, I've already fallen into that trap. I have enough carboys/kegs/bottles, but would really like to go to a 3 tier system, but room could be an issue for a 3 tier system

Oh ok. Thought you were thinking about getting started.
3-tiers are awesome. I have the same issue as you though. My brewery is in a tiny little apartment above my shop, so if I did it I would have to at the very least reorganize the hell out of everything, and I would probably end up needing to do some serious demolishing. Tear out some counter space and maybe knock out a wall. I'm also kind of sketched out about running gas burners indoors in such close quarters.

Yeah, I'm still in an apartment at the moment, but have a decent space in my basement that i store it all in, I just dont know where 2 more 15 gal pots would go. haha

Interesting! I take it you mean diameter - pls tell me you can increase tyre width too?? Also I noticed the V8s always sounded the most lifelike, eg GT40 sounded great from GT3 days on. Perhaps more due to the actual characteristics of V8 sound. Also with the flat floors, any benefits there apart from reduced drag? Any venturi tunnels or ground effects? Glad to hear that special cars are available but I will miss my spreadsheeting for used cars :) Thanks!

Diameter only, I'm afraid, but buying better tyres makes such a big difference that you're not left wanting it.
The most ironic thing IMO is that the fictional cars sponsored by Red Bull probably sound the most realistic! Especially the X2014 Junior with a flat four, when you rev it up on the line it sounds like a real - LOUD - unsilenced exhaust.
I put a flat floor on my (obligatory) R33 GT-R and there seems to be more overall grip at speed. I haven't tested top end to see if the drag is lower.
